From April 16 to 17, the "2026 China Shot Peening Application Technology Shortage-Skills Talent Training Course" was successfully held at Wutongli, Bacheng, Kunshan. Guided by the Kunshan Association for Science and Technology, the People's Government of Bacheng Town, and the Management Office of Kunshan Software Science Park, the event was meticulously organized by Kunshan Carthing Precision Co., Ltd.

Featuring lectures by leading industry experts, the training attracted nearly 100 participants, including technical backbones and university faculty and students from aerospace, high-end equipment, automotive manufacturing, energy, and heavy industry sectors.

Looking ahead, Carthing will continue to focus on the cutting-edge development of surface enhancement and residual stress technologies, deepening equipment R&D and process innovation. Together with industry peers, we will drive China's high-end shot peening equipment manufacturing toward a stronger, more precise, and more intelligent future.
