Recently, Taohuapu Junior High School in Qianshan City held a grand ceremony on its plaza to present the first round of "Carthing Scholarships" for the 2021–2022 academic year. Mr. Kong Xiao'an, Secretary of the School’s Party Branch, attended the event alongside all administrative staff to honor the award recipients.

This year’s Carthing Scholarship featured two distinct categories, recognizing students who demonstrate academic excellence, subject-specific mastery, remarkable progress, and self-directed learning. The initiative aims to encourage all students to strive for continuous improvement and grow together.

Established in 2018, the Carthing Scholarship and Grant has become a cornerstone of support for the school. Focused on motivating dedicated teachers and inspiring students in this under-resourced area, the fund promotes holistic development, social responsibility, and academic perseverance. By the end of 2021, Carthing had directed a total of 400,000 RMB in donations to this cause.
