The "Carthing Precision 2020 Engineering Technology Conference" was recently held at our E-learning Center, gathering engineers and other department heads across the company.
Hosted by Assistant GM Mr. Zhou Yang, the meeting reviewed past performance and outlined strategic goals for 2020.
During the open discussion, engineers took to the stage to share insights based on their specific roles, focusing on the conference theme: "Pursuing Growth through Lean Design; Reducing Costs and Boosting Efficiency for Excellence." The vibrant exchange of technical ideas and collective wisdom is set to illuminate a bright future for the company’s engineering development.
Following the discussion, Chairman Mr. Chen Xiaohu delivered a concluding speech. He first commended the team’s performance over the past year, specifically praising the technical department’s adoption of standardized and modular design, which significantly improved both planning fulfillment and product quality rates.
Mr. Chen then articulated his high expectations for the team: "Take the initiative in R&D; be bold in innovation." He urged everyone to break free from the constraints of traditional mindsets, encouraging them to think diligently, experiment bravely, and refine their summaries. He emphasized the need to transition from reactive R&D to proactive innovation, and from merely catching up with international standards to leading global advancements.
Ending with the rallying cry, "Sacrifice Fuels Ambition, Innovation Changes the Future," Chairman Chen called on everyone to unite, think big, and collaborate without limits to create a brand-new chapter for Carthing Precision .
