On the 31^st of December 2015, the “2015 Quality Month Event Summary and Commendation Conference” was held at Kunshan Carthing. This marked the successful completion of the 2015 Quality Month event, which was themed “Quality Commitment Starts with Me.”

Company leadership placed a high priority on this initiative, establishing a Quality Month Leading Committee to promote quality awareness among employees, resolve operational issues, and enhance the company’s brand image. Every detail of the program was meticulously planned.

During a one-month period, more than 20 quality-related activities were organized at both the corporate and departmental levels. These included outdoor activities to boost cohesion, welding competitions focused on precision and efficiency, departmental reviews of common production issues and presentations on Total Quality Management (TQM). Thanks to strong organization and high employee enthusiasm, the event yielded excellent results.

During the closing ceremony, leadership presented certificates and bonuses to top-performing teams and individuals. Congratulations to all the winners !
